What We Do

HOPE is an agency in Ontario dedicated to providing trauma-informed, 24/7 care in an inclusive, family-style environment for all vulnerable youth aged 2-23.

Our core solution is built on relational healing and structured programming to prepare every youth for independence. We differentiate ourselves by offering comprehensive, outcome-focused training through three key measurable programs:

HOPE Wealth Builders: Bi-weekly financial literacy workshops and one-on-one coaching for independence readiness.

HOPE Kitchen/Hands: Practical life skills, cooking, and creative skill-building workshops.

HOPE Pride Program: Identity-affirming care, peer groups, and rights education.

Our Unique Strength: Dual Placement Capacity

Our Family-Style Inclusive Residential Model is the foundation for all our residences. This structure offers an alternative to traditional institutional placements by creating a home-like, empathetic environment focused on relational healing.

We operate with Dual Placement Capacity to serve the entire population:

Holistic Family-Style Residence: Serves the broad universal youth population, providing comprehensive care to support trauma intervention and family reunification efforts.

Specialized Identity-Affirming Residence: A dedicated stream to capture the high-demand segment of LGBTQIA2S+ youth referrals. This home maintains a critical specialization, bundling high-value, identity-affirming support with the HOPE Pride Program.

Our dual focus on providing high-acuity universal care and specialized Identity Care makes HOPE a uniquely compelling and comprehensive placement option.
